Service Technician (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair assignments at home and abroad
- Responsibility for maintenance and troubleshooting of machines and systems
- Installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new machines at the customer’s site
- Conducting customer training for optimal operation and use of the machines
- Technical support and advice to customers on site
- Analysis and resolution of technical faults using diagnostic and control software
- Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
- Documentation of completed work and service assignments
Your Profile
- Completed training as an electromechanic, mechatronics technician, automation technician, machine mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification
- Experience in assembly, maintenance, or servicing of technical systems and machines
- Sound knowledge of electromechanical systems
- Practical experience with software-based machine controls
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style
- High commitment, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written
- French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively at home and abroad
