These are your tasks
In our Flex-Pool, you decide when you want to work and can offer or withdraw shifts up to 36 hours in advance. This way, you can fully adapt your work to your personal needs, the weather, or your environment. One day before the shift, we will confirm definitively whether and on which ward you will be deployed. But don’t worry: as a specialist, you will practically always be needed on one of our departments! Your assignments take place on all 8 nursing wards after completing the induction, giving you the opportunity to gain experience in both acute and rehabilitation nursing.
