As the only company in the country, Schweizer Zucker AG produces natural sugar from sugar beets. Sustainable processing also generates various animal feeds and pectin. Around 270 employees work at two locations in this interesting and diverse environment.

For our company, we are looking for a Responsible for Beet Logistics 80-100% Your Opportunities

• You are responsible for the Payroll & HR Administration area together with a team of two employees and an apprentice and are in charge of payroll processing (including social security), HR administration, and time recording for the Schweizer Zucker Group
• You support employees and supervisors with questions regarding payroll, working hours, labour law, HR processes, and HR administrative matters in day-to-day business and work closely with the HR Business Partners
• You lead the digitalisation of our HR processes further in projects

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training as well as completed further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or similar
• Several years of experience in payroll and HR administration
• You have a strong interest in labour law topics and digitalisation
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of the payroll software SwissSalary and the time recording software Calitime is an advantage
