Maintenance Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client needs you as a maintenance specialist to maximise the availability of state-of-the-art production facilities and confidently master technical challenges.

Your mission at a glance:

• You carry out maintenance and repair work on mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems and keep automated systems running

• In case of malfunctions, you systematically analyse, rectify faults purposefully and minimise downtime

• You implement preventive maintenance strategies and identify optimisation potential early

• Safety comes first. You consistently work according to applicable regulations and standards

• You document all interventions comprehensively in the system for maximum transparency

• You actively drive improvement measures and measurably increase plant efficiency

• Structured handovers and close cooperation with production and engineering are part of your daily work

• During changeovers and new start-ups, you contribute your know-how and ensure optimal starts

• Orderliness, cleanliness and compliance with quality standards are a matter of course for you

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Solid technical training. Whether in mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field

• Several years of practical experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in automated production environments

• Confident handling of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems - you find faults and fix them efficiently

• Experience with control technology and PLC is a clear advantage

• You read technical plans and documentation routinely and put them into practice

• Hands-on mentality: tools and diagnostic devices are your daily companions

• Independent working style combined with genuine teamwork skills

• Willingness to work shifts and flexible deployments when it matters

• Willingness to learn and interest in continuous development
