From 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a CEO Assistant to complement our existing CEO assistant.

Your profile
- Commercial basic training with several years of professional experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable assistant role, ideally in healthcare
- Distinct discretion, high reliability and trustworthiness characterise you
- Organisational talent, structured and independent working style as well as enjoyment in thinking ahead and planning
- Confident manner and professional expression in German (spoken and written)
- Proficient use of MS Office and common or new digital tools
