On behalf of our client, a well-established company in French-speaking Switzerland specialising in the management of energy meter readings and consumption data for the real estate sector, we are looking for a Meter Readings and Billing Assistant to strengthen the existing team.

Your tasks with your new employer

• Processing data from water and heat meters in buildings
• Verification of readings and necessary estimates
• Identification of the tenants concerned based on rental statements provided by property management companies
• Calculation of consumption over the relevant periods and preparation of the corresponding bills
• Data control before transmission to partners
• Monitoring detected anomalies and coordinating interventions with technicians
• Regular contact with property management companies, tenants, and external partners

You offer your new employer

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee, office clerk, or equivalent training
• Experience in an administrative environment or data processing
• Strong interest in numbers and information processing
• Team spirit and ease in communication
• Knowledge of German or English
