Your Tasks
- Support and further development of our customer IT
- Installation and support of IT solutions with Microsoft Windows (Server & Client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems (Citrix, Horizon, RDS) and Sophos Firewall
- Carrying out maintenance and updates
- Supporting the Service Desk in 3rd level support for complex issues
- Participation in exciting IT projects
Our Requirements
- Several years of experience in system engineering
- Solid expertise in the mentioned technologies
- Analytical thinking and high self-organisation
- Motivation for personal and professional development
- Empathy and respectful interaction with customers and colleagues
- Very good German and English skills
