What you do
In this key role within our industrial organisation, you assume overall responsibility for the electrical safety of people and installations as well as the availability and reliability of all the site's electrical infrastructure. In this capacity you:
- Perform the role of qualified person according to OIBT.
- Take on the role of electrical installations manager for all site infrastructure.
- Ensure operational leadership and management of the electrical maintenance team.
- Bear responsibility for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and metrology activities.
- Develop, manage and monitor the budget of your area in close collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
- Plan, coordinate and optimise maintenance activities to guarantee the performance of the installations.
- Conduct in-depth technical analyses and develop sustainable solutions addressing operational challenges.
- Lead strategic technical projects as well as major investments.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment, processes and operating standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal provisions, technical standards and safety requirements.
- Develop and embed a genuine safety culture within the teams and support audits as well as certification processes.
- Participate in the on-call service on a rotation of about every eight weeks.
What you bring
A recognised professional in your field, you have solid technical expertise combined with proven management experience in a demanding industrial environment.
- A diploma as a Certified Expert in electrical installation and safety, a Technician ES/HES in electrical engineering or equivalent training.
- Qualification as a qualified person according to OIBT.
- Several years of experience in maintenance, operation or development of industrial installations.
- Proven experience in supervising, supporting and developing employees.
- An entrepreneurial spirit combined with a strong sense of responsibility, quality and cost control.
- An analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach.
- A recognised ability to make decisions, unite teams and lead change.
- Native French or German speaker, with a good professional knowledge of the other language (minimum level B1).
