Head Physician Associate (m/f/d) 80-100 %
Your tasks
- Professional and organisational leadership as well as further development of the Physician Associate team
- Promotion of collaboration and knowledge transfer within the team as well as with the medical and nursing specialist departments
- Support and promotion of the professional development of Physician Associates as well as assistance with further education and training
- Assumption of medically delegated tasks (ward rounds, examinations, prescriptions, consultations, etc.) for inpatients in close cooperation with the attending physicians
- Coordination of the interdisciplinary treatment process
- Contact person for nursing staff on the wards and employees of the therapeutic services
Your profile
- Qualified nurse HF/FH with several years of experience in an acute hospital, ideally with experience in orthopaedics or traumatology
- Completed CAS Clinical Specialist training and experience as a Physician Associate
- Leadership experience or demonstrated willingness and motivation to take on leadership responsibility
- Enjoy working in an interprofessional environment and further developing the Physician Associate role
- You embrace change and innovation as a challenge and look forward to actively shaping them
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style
- Good English skills are an advantage
