Watch Product Manager (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Higher education in engineering, microtechnology, industrial design or a similar discipline
• Proven experience in a product management role within the watchmaking industry
• Very good understanding of watch components, industrial processes and product development challenges
• Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary technical projects
• Strong managerial skills with the ability to unite and develop teams
• Ease in complex environments involving numerous stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and decision-making skills
• Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong interest in innovation, continuous improvement and market developments
• Good command of product management IT tools, ERP and data management systems
• Fluent French and very good level of English (minimum level B2)

• Lead and support a team specialised in product management
• Define product directions and priorities in line with company challenges and market expectations
• Coordinate the development and evolution of existing references in collaboration with technical and industrial teams
• Ensure project follow-up from the scoping phase to implementation
• Analyse commercial results, market trends and competitive environment to identify growth opportunities
• Guarantee technical compliance, quality and control of product data
• Participate in various steering committees and strategic company projects
• Support sales teams and markets during new product launches
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics and production functions to ensure competitiveness and availability of the offer
