MENTAL HEALTH NURSE 80% - 100% PERMANENT CONTRACT
Mission
- Support beneficiaries presenting psychological disorders or psychiatric illnesses in their home life project, taking into account their needs, expectations and resources.
- Develop and implement an individualised therapeutic project, considering the complexity of care and adapting it according to the evolution of the situation.
- Collaborate with specialised resources in the care network to ensure coherent and coordinated care, while valuing your nursing expertise.
- Actively contribute to interdisciplinary work, occupying an autonomous and recognised nursing role within the health system.
- Adopt a holistic and caring approach, aiming to maintain people at home and support their psychological well-being.
Location: CMS Grande-Eau, Aigle
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualification (foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross).

At least 2 years’ experience in mental health and/or psychiatry.
- CAS in psychiatry or other continuing education in mental health: an asset.
- Dynamic, autonomous, responsible and responsive person, motivated by home care and community health.
- Strong sensitivity to psychological vulnerability and ability to recognise situations requiring rapid communication or intervention.
- Comfortable with IT tools and administrative management of care.
- Enjoys working in an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with various actors in the health network.
- Holder of a driving licence and vehicle essential.
