For our Nursing Education Department, location Private Ward with 20 beds, we are looking for a vocational nursing specialist HF/FH (80%) from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

As a vocational trainer, you have a co-creative responsibility in the department within the shared leadership model of nursing.


Your tasks

• Independent design of practical guidance days, taking into account the training objectives and competencies of the supervised health specialist learners, HF and BScN students, as well as incorporating current departmental events
• Guidance, support, promotion, advice and qualification of health specialist learners, HF and BScN students
• Collaboration in the nursing education team, support in education-specific document management (progress sheets, work passports, etc.)
• Independent organisation and coordination of parent meetings

You bring with you

• Diploma in nursing HF or BSc degree in nursing
• Profound knowledge in the field of musculoskeletal system (orthopaedics, rehabilitation) and women's medicine (gynaecology)
• Fundamentally qualified pedagogical knowledge, convincing with a rich diversity of methods, underpinned by pedagogical further training such as SVEB 1 or equivalent
• Confident appearance, complemented by high communication skills, even in challenging situations
• Joy and ability in independent planning and organisation
