Service Technician Plant/Machine Engineering (m/f/d)
Role:
- You independently carry out service work, repairs and overhauls on machines and plants
- You provide technical support and customer service on site
- Analysing application problems and developing solutions are an essential part of your tasks
- You actively support the implementation and configuration of applications
- Documenting support requests and solutions is part of your duties
Responsibilities:
- You have completed training in a technical profession, for example as a machine mechanic, fitter or in a similar field.
- Practical experience in technical support and application assistance is an advantage
- Knowledge in the implementation and configuration of applications is highly valued
- Your working style is characterised by independence and proactive problem-solving
- You are willing to work shifts and show flexibility
- You speak fluent German; additional foreign languages are an advantage
