Operations Mechanic (m/f/d)

To support the plant team, we are looking for a reliable and flexible individual to start immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will significantly contribute to the availability of the technical infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of state-of-the-art production facilities.

Your tasks

• Ensuring the trouble-free operation of production and infrastructure systems within the team
  
• Carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work
  
• Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new machines
  
• Contributing to process and plant optimisation
  
• Rapid resolution of unforeseen production interruptions
  
• Taking on on-call and Saturday shifts in a staggered work model
  

Your skills

• Completed basic training as a mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, metalworker, or comparable professional qualification
  
• Solid knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical engineering
  
• Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call duty
  
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
