• You plan and manage the annual planning of courses and training programmes in the portfolio.
• You maintain and further develop the existing architecture of the Learning Management System (LMS). This includes creating learning and course elements and opening events in the system.
• In the lifecycle management of educational products, you update documents and maintain content on SharePoint.
• You collaborate in educational development projects and contribute structured ideas.
• You coordinate with trainers and educational managers in the line and support professional exchange.

• You communicate openly and directly, are team-oriented and quickly find access to various contacts.
• A quick grasp and high willingness to learn help you to efficiently familiarise yourself with new topics.
• You succeed in structuring your tasks and completing them with great personal responsibility, high quality, care and reliability.
• You have an affinity for educational topics and ideally bring good user knowledge of Office products as well as SharePoint and LMS.
• You have completed a commercial basic education, preferably with professional experience in education, as well as further part-time professional training at the level of a professional certificate or higher technical school.
• Very good oral and written language skills in German (level C1) as well as good knowledge (B1) of a second national language complete your profile.
