Role:

On behalf of the client, we are seeking an experienced execution architect for the planning and coordination of demanding building construction projects. You will take a central role in execution and detailed planning and manage the planning process considering architectural quality, construction, costs, and deadlines. You will coordinate internal and external specialist planners and ensure the consistent implementation of project and client requirements. The position combines solid Swiss planning experience with ArchiCAD, digital planning, and interdisciplinary planning coordination.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the execution planning of complex building construction projects across the relevant SIA phases

  • Development and coordination of execution, working, and detailed plans up to construction readiness

  • Preparation and assessment of demanding construction details and component assemblies

  • Leadership and coordination of architects, draftspeople, and internal planning teams

  • Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services, and other specialist planning

  • Ensuring planning requirements regarding quality, costs, and deadlines

  • Conducting plan reviews, quality controls, and interface clarifications

  • Management and documentation of planning statuses, plan changes, and approval processes

  • Coordination with clients, specialist planners, authorities, and executing companies

  • Application and further development of digital planning and BIM processes

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, Swiss building regulations, and project standards

  • Supporting project management with planning controlling, decision-making bases, and technical solution finding


Qualifications:

  • Completed architecture studies at FH/ETH/University or equivalent education

  • Several years of professional experience in planning and execution of complex building construction projects in Switzerland

  • Solid knowledge of execution and detailed planning as well as the relevant SIA phases

  • Very good user knowledge of ArchiCAD, BIM experience is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of Swiss standards, construction processes, and structural standards

  • Experience in coordination and professional leadership of planning teams

  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
