Your tasks – more than just gastronomy
With us, you not only take on service tasks but also responsibility for a team with special challenges. You combine professional gastronomy with social commitment and actively contribute to supporting and promoting people in their everyday work life.
You lead, accompany and support employees at the supported workplace, taking into account their possibilities and abilities
Together with our teams, you ensure smooth service during lunch service and at banquets
In our day restaurant, you take over operational management in the absence of the restaurant management
You accompany our guests from the enquiry through to execution and correct billing
You actively contribute to the further development of our gastronomy businesses and work closely with the restaurant managers, the gastronomy management, and colleagues from our other locations
Administrative tasks complete your varied working day
What you bring with you
A solid education or several years of experience in gastronomy
Knowledge of work pedagogy is an advantage
Experience or interest in leading and supporting people with special challenges
High social competence, empathy, patience and the ability to respond individually to employees
Enjoyment of flexible working hours (evenings and weekends at banquets)
Independence, sense of responsibility and team spirit
Even in hectic situations, you keep an overview and make clear decisions
Enjoyment of guest contact as well as an open, communicative personality
