• Creation and processing of export and shipping documents
• Handling complaints and customer concerns
• Organisation and coordination of international transports
• Handling customs formalities and export declarations
• Maintenance of customer, article and export data in the ERP system

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in export, international order processing or freight forwarding
• Good knowledge of export and customs matters
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office
