Management and coordination of external IT partners as well as ensuring the agreed service levels
Responsibility for availability, performance, and quality of IT basic services including maintenance, change, and lifecycle management
Further development of IT platforms by identifying optimisation and automation potentials
Assuming the role of Product Owner for the system team in collaboration with test management and DevOps engineers
Ensuring system documentation as well as compliance with security, compliance, and operational standards
Qualifications:
Completed studies or further training in computer science or business informatics
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role as well as in IT service management (ITSM)
Experience in partner and supplier management
Knowledge of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum) as well as experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role
Fluent written and spoken German
