Head of Maintenance Department (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss industrial company focusing on innovative material and production solutions. Responsibilities:
- Leadership and organisation of the maintenance team.
- Ensuring the availability and reliability of production facilities and machinery.
- Planning, coordinating and executing preventive maintenance measures.
- Analysing malfunctions and failures, developing efficient solutions.
- Budget responsibility for maintenance measures and investment projects.
- Introduction of modern maintenance methods and technologies.
- Development and implementation of training programmes for maintenance personnel.
- Close collaboration with other departments to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Completed technical basic training (e.g. electrician, mechatronics technician, etc.).
- Further education at HF/FH level in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable is an advantage.
- Several years of experience in the maintenance of production facilities.
- Leadership experience and strong team management skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and modern servicing methods.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and team orientation.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
