For our client, an internationally active technology company specialising in high-precision drive systems and technical assemblies, we are looking for a meticulous and quality-oriented individual for the area of assembly, integration and testing.
The company develops and produces sophisticated technical solutions for applications where the highest precision, reliability and quality are crucial. In this position, you will work on complex assemblies for demanding industrial and technological applications and play an important role within the manufacturing process.
- Construction and processing of one-offs, prototypes, qualification models and small series.
- Execution of fine mechanical assembly work based on technical drawings, manufacturing documents and defined work processes.
- Production and processing of cables and cable assemblies according to specified technical specifications.
- Conducting functional tests, measurements and initial commissioning in cooperation with the responsible specialists.
- Careful recording and documentation of the work performed as well as preparation of test and assembly documents.
- Application of various manual manufacturing techniques such as soldering, crimping, gluing, pressing and other precision assembly methods.
- Participation in the further development and improvement of assembly fixtures, aids and equipment.
- Close cooperation with engineering, production and quality assurance on technical issues.
- Experience in assembling precise mechanical or electromechanical components.
- Knowledge of cable assembly is an advantage.
- Experience from a quality-oriented environment such as aerospace, medical technology, precision mechanics, watchmaking industry or comparable high-tech sectors is welcome.
- Strong quality awareness and very careful handling of technical components.
- Enjoyment of fine mechanical and manual activities as well as a good sense for precision work.
- High sense of responsibility and a structured, reliable way of working.
- Good German skills as well as solid English skills in spoken and written form.

Profile
- Completed technical vocational training, for example as a polymechanic, automation technician, mechatronics technician or in a comparable field.- Experience in assembling precise mechanical or electromechanical components.
- Knowledge of cable assembly is an advantage.
- Experience from a quality-oriented environment such as aerospace, medical technology, precision mechanics, watchmaking industry or comparable high-tech sectors is welcome.
