Nursing Assistant - Flexible 1:1 Assignments in the Psychiatry Pool

You value the individual support of people and would like to work flexibly in the nursing pool? For assignments in the Thurgau region, we are looking for experienced nursing assistants for 1:1 care in psychiatry. You determine your availability yourself.

Requirements Profile

• Completed SRK nursing assistant course or a nursing assistant course recognised by OdASanté
• At least 6 months of experience in nursing and care in Switzerland
• Psychiatric experience is an advantage
• Calm, attentive and reliable personality
• Good German skills, at least level B2

Tasks

• Individual 1:1 care and support of patients
• Presence, observation and support in everyday life
• Recognising and reporting relevant changes
• Collaboration with the responsible nursing team

• Flexible scheduling according to your availability
• Single or regular 1:1 assignments
• Various assignment opportunities in the psychiatric field
• Fair employment conditions according to the GAV personnel leasing agreement at a swissstaffing member company
• Training opportunities through our partner temptraining
