• Competent, personal and individual wine consultation for our guests at the highest level
• Active accompaniment of our guests in selecting suitable wines and drink pairings for our culinary concept
• Participation in daily service as well as support of the service team in guest care
• Professional wine service and ensuring a first-class guest experience
• Active involvement in the design and further development of our wine list and beverage offerings
• Maintenance, organisation and control of the wine cellar as well as ensuring optimal storage
• Co-responsibility for goods orders, inventories and control of wine stocks
• Close cooperation with restaurant management, the service team and the kitchen
• Conveying wine knowledge within the team as well as support in internal training and tastings
• Building and maintaining a sound knowledge of our range, producers, regions and vintages
• Active shaping of processes and standards in the context of the reopening
• Representation of the IGNIV and Caminada philosophy towards our guests and partners

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management and ideally further training

• Extensive wine knowledge and a pronounced passion for wine, gastronomy and high-quality catering
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a sommelier or in a comparable position, preferably in upscale gastronomy
• Host personality with natural warmth, charm and a keen sense for our guests
• Enjoyment in conveying wine knowledge clearly, authentically and without distance
• Confident, polished and professional appearance
• High quality standards as well as a structured and reliable working style
• Team spirit and enjoyment of close cooperation with service and kitchen
• Initiative and motivation to actively contribute to building a new team and the reopening
• Resilience, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
