Deputy Sales Manager ***delicatessa 100% (m/f/d)
HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
- Together with the sales management, you ensure that our guests not only shop – but take away a culinary experience.
- In the event of absence, you take over the personnel and organisational leadership of the department and promote an atmosphere where quality, style and team spirit come together.
- You support the team in day-to-day business, provide impulses for excellent service and contribute your strengths in promotions, freshness management and visual merchandising.
- Performance tracking and KPI analysis: You keep an eye on the team’s performance to make strategic decisions that make us successful together.
- You think ahead, manage processes efficiently, ensure hygiene standards and support events, reporting and administrative procedures.
- You accompany new employees and trainees – and are a modern point of contact.
THIS IS WHAT SETS YOU APART
- You have completed a retail apprenticeship EFZ – supplemented by further training.
- You bring several years of professional and initial leadership experience in upscale food retail – ideally as deputy sales manager or team leader.
- You are a host with personality – structured, empathetic and solution-oriented.
- You love high-quality products, understand operational processes – and enjoy bringing people together and fostering them.
- You communicate confidently in German, ideally have additional language skills and use digital tools with ease.
- Working from Monday to Saturday is natural for you.
