Mandate Manager: Fiduciary - 100% (f, m, d) in Zurich, Aarau or Zug

We are looking for an established and professionally recognised personality with many years of experience in a senior mandate role at a 100% workload and high credibility in the market. The position is aimed at candidates who already have a correspondingly established track record in fiduciary and business consulting.

• Independent management and advice of a diverse client portfolio – from start-ups to owner-managed SMEs to international group companies
• Personal advice and support of clients in all fiduciary, tax and business management matters
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements as well as consolidated accounts of nationally and internationally active companies and foundations according to various accounting standards
• Leadership and support in audits and final accounts
• Taking on an important role in the further development of the fiduciary sector and internal processes

• Certified fiduciary expert with several years of successful experience in a demanding fiduciary, tax or consulting company
• At least 10 years of professional experience in comprehensive consulting of SMEs, entrepreneurs, family businesses and private clients
• Proven experience in independently managing and developing a demanding client portfolio
• Broad expertise in accounting, annual financial statements, taxes, business consulting, succession planning
• Entrepreneurially minded personality with high personal responsibility and strong customer orientation
• Confident demeanour on equal footing with owners, executive board members, board of directors and external advisors
• High service orientation and enjoyment of direct client contact
• High social competence, reliability and integrity
• German as mother tongue as well as very good English skills
• Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style
• Team player with strong communication skills and high social competence
