Define and implement supplier strategies for electronic components.
Plan, manage, and complete international procurement projects.
Conduct price and contract negotiations with suppliers independently.
Ensure the long-term supply security of critical components.
Assess new components and replacement parts together with the technical team.
Coordinate purchasing processes during product changes and quality deviations.
Evaluate and prepare make-or-buy decisions economically.
Continuously analyse costs, supplier risks, and quality metrics.
Qualifications:
Technical or commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in purchasing.
Several years of professional experience in strategic procurement of production materials.
Sound knowledge in the procurement of electronic components.
Confident use of MS Office and common purchasing tools.
Experience working with international departments and locations.
Strong negotiation skills and good technical understanding.
Independent working style, team orientation, and willingness to travel for work.
Fluent communication in German and English.
