Specialist Partner Management Healthcare (all)
This is how you shape health
- Ensuring high-quality management of our contracts with hospitals, medical networks, attending physicians, and other service providers, in collaboration with purchasing and key account management
- Coordinating the concerns of hospitals, doctors, and other service providers within SWICA
- Managing our CRM system as well as the SWICA Expert Finder
- Evaluations of doctors for the SWICA FAVORIT models
- Supporting purchasing in the preparation and follow-up of contract negotiations
- Participating in organisational tasks and projects in partner management
What sets you apart
- Commercial or medical basic training with business management further education or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in healthcare, ideally in a hospital, medical practice, or with another service provider
- Enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and a strong service orientation
- Very structured, precise, and quality-conscious working style with an eye for detail
- Analytical thinking, organisational skills, and the ability to coordinate several topics simultaneously
- Confident German in spoken and written form; very good French skills are a great advantage
