Tasks

• Responsibility for the professional, personnel and administrative management of the nursing team
• Leadership, promotion and support of employees in implementing professional, individual and contemporary care including the care concept
• Ensuring treatment and care of patients in accordance with quality requirements through optimal task management
• Active participation in daily operations
• Partnership-based collaboration in the interprofessional and interdisciplinary field

Profile

• Qualified nurse HF/FH, DN II or AKP or equivalent foreign qualification with SRK recognition
• Leadership experience as well as leadership training or willingness to undertake such training
• Experience on an acute ward, preferably on a medical or acute geriatric ward
• High social competence and modern leadership understanding, good organisational and communication skills
• Intercultural competence and openness
