You define the professional direction of the quality department and further develop your team.
You monitor the effectiveness of the QM system and adjust specifications to new requirements.
You assess deviations from production, supply chain or customer feedback and initiate corrections.
You prepare evaluations on quality performance, risks and improvement needs for management.
You coordinate audit programmes and control the timely implementation of agreed measures.
You manage inspection requirements, validation activities and risk-based quality controls.
You advise the responsible departments on technical and regulatory issues.
You review existing workflows and implement appropriate measures for process improvement.
Qualifications:
A technical apprenticeship as well as further qualification in a technical or quality-related field form your foundation.
You have solid practical experience in quality management in an industrial company, preferably in a regulated environment.
The application of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 is part of your previous work experience.
You bring knowledge in auditing, risk management and systematic error handling.
You can evaluate quality data and derive concrete measures from it.
Leadership experience as well as the ability to professionally guide employees distinguish you.
In collaboration with different stakeholders, you act reliably and communicate clearly.
You have very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
