Role:
Are you looking for a challenging position in financial controlling that offers you the opportunity to apply your expertise in an international environment and contribute significantly to the success of projects? Then the role of Financial Controller at this Rocken partner could be just right for you. Become part of a dynamic team characterised by innovation, speed and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and controlling time and cost expenditures for projects in the field of Plastic Technology. This includes, for example, the careful recording and analysis of financial aspects to ensure effective project management
- Accompanying all OEM projects for various locations from inquiry to completion. Close coordination and communication with different teams play a central role
- Supporting the department management, sales and corporate management in decisions on order acceptance by transparently presenting financial key figures. This includes preparing meaningful reports and analyses to enable well-founded business decisions
- Continuous improvement and adjustment of controlling and IT tools to meet the constantly changing requirements of the company
- Identifying inefficient processes and introducing measures to reduce costs
- Conducting various ad hoc analyses
Qualifications:
- Your academic degree is in finance and accounting with a technical or engineering background
- You bring extensive experience in (production) controlling in a global context, including in-depth knowledge of all relevant costing and controlling processes
- You have profound knowledge of common Microsoft applications, especially Excel, as well as experience with ERP systems and BI tools
- You are open to business travel to different locations for direct evaluation of products and processes
- Your German and English skills in spoken and written form are at a very good level; additional language skills would be an advantage
