Home Care Health Assistant (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, a home care organisation recognised for its excellence and human commitment in the canton of Vaud, we are actively seeking several Home Care Health Assistants.

Your main duties

At the heart of the Vaud health network, you will work independently to ensure the well-being and comfort of a varied patient group:

• Basic care: Assistance with hygiene (shower, washing), dressing and patient comfort.

• Support: Assistance with mobilisation, transfers and support during meals.

• Monitoring: Observation of the patient’s general condition and immediate communication of information to the referring nurse.

• Autonomy: Management of your rounds and updating of care records.
  
  

Your profile

• Holder of a Red Cross Health Assistant diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2 years’ experience.

• Driving licence and vehicle.

• Fluency in French.

• Empathetic, punctual and with a strong sense of listening.
