BMS Technician - Electronic Security
Company Description
On behalf of one of our clients, a recognised player in the field of security technologies and systems, we are looking for a BMS Technician in electronic security (M/F) for a 3-month assignment. You will join a team specialised in security systems and work on installations for a professional clientele.
Job Description
- Ensure the commissioning of access control installations.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve faults on electronic security systems.
- Participate in the development of installations and testing of new technologies.
- Provide on-call service as required.
- Write intervention reports and update technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Advise and support clients during interventions in the canton of Fribourg.
Profile Sought
- Federal VET Certificate or technical training in electricity, automation, telematics, IT, or equivalent training.
- Experience in electronic security systems, ideally in access control.
- Very good knowledge of IT infrastructures (physical and virtual servers, notably VMware).
- Good skills in networks (switches, routers, firewalls), Active Directory and SQL databases.
- Knowledge of access control technologies (badges, readers, communication protocols, etc.) is a real asset.
- Autonomous, rigorous and quality-oriented person.
- Excellent service and client relationship skills.
- Fluent French. Knowledge of German or English is a plus.
