The thermoludic complex of Bains de Saillon, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, combines several activities: a thermal area composed of baths, a wellness Mayens village with saunas and a Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Spa Cinq Mondes area, a fitness centre and a hotel area with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants.

Your profile:

• Similar experience in the hotel sector required
• Perfect command of French
• Good knowledge of English and German is an asset
• Ease with IT tools and knowledge of the Fidelio Suite 8 system
• Enjoyment and ease in customer contact
• Excellent presentation
• Organisational skills, autonomy and flexibility
• Working evenings and weekends does not bother you

Your tasks:

• Welcoming and directing guests, check-in, check-out
• Managing the hotel telephone switchboard and email inbox
• Managing hotel and Spa reservations
• Monitoring the establishment's quality standards
• Invoicing, sending reminders
