As an Occupational Pension Manager (LPP), you are the point of contact for our clients and external partners. You advise and support them in all matters relating to occupational pension provision. What you do
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients carefully, professionally and autonomously, and ensure coordination with other relevant departments.
- Ensure the implementation of new affiliations, contract takeovers and changes to pension plans as well as portfolio changes (entries, exits, salary changes).
- Maintain daily trust-based relationships with insured persons, companies and business partners.
- Work closely with sales and distribution teams.
What you bring
- Training in the insurance or financial services sector. A social insurance certificate or the federal specialist certificate in employee benefits is an advantage.
- At least two years of experience in occupational pension provision as well as in supporting companies and partners.
- Strong customer orientation, with an autonomous, structured and rigorous working method.
- Good command of common IT tools, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage.
