The Department of Education, Research, Development (BFE) is part of the Directorate of Nursing, MTD, Social Work. We work closely with the four clinics of the UPK, including the training of FaGe apprentices and nursing students. Within this framework, we are looking for a nursing professional who wishes to deepen and develop in the role of "Junior" in practical nursing training. Based on your existing qualifications, we will plan the appropriate further training with you. In practical activities, we will support you specifically with a structured mentorship.

Your Tasks

• You will gradually take on various tasks in practical nursing training.
• You support apprentices and students individually in achieving their internship goals.
• You contribute your nursing expertise to practical training.
• You collaborate cooperatively with various professionals within the UPK.
• You systematically expand your leadership skills.

Your Competencies

• You have three years of professional experience as a nursing professional in a psychiatric setting, including one year of experience in practical training.
• You are interested in obtaining the Bachelor of Nursing for qualified nursing professionals and the specialist certificate as a trainer.
• You are willing to engage in a mentorship and to be employed on a fixed-term contract for the duration of the training.
• You enjoy learning new things, consciously managing the role change, and working in a team.
• You are motivated to find creative solutions in complex situations.
