About the job

In nine municipalities in the Leimental region, we offer inpatient and outpatient nursing and care services. This offering is complemented by the possibility of partial inpatient stays in the senior day and night care centre. As reinforcement in the field of education, we are looking for a:

Employee in Nursing Education (60%)

Your tasks with us:

• Accompany, guide, support, and motivate learners on the designated vocational training days
• Create an optimal learning environment and promote a constructive understanding of learning and teaching
• Contribute to the continuous optimisation of the training process
• Plan and assess learning outcomes and develop support measures in consultation with the education management

Our expectations of you:

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF
• Completed SVEB-1
• At least two years of professional experience
• Enjoy working with learners and young adults
• Strong social skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
• Basic IT skills
• Good written and spoken German skills
