YOUR TASKS
- Admission, initial assessment and care of emergency patients and their relatives
- Conducting triage according to the ESI system (Emergency Severity Index)
- Constructive interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and other professional groups
- Independent and reliable execution of medically delegated measures such as performing ECGs, applying casts and administering medication
- Assistance with minor procedures as well as quick, safe and situation-appropriate action in acute emergency situations and during resuscitation measures
- Professional, empathetic and calm interaction with patients and their relatives – even in challenging situations
- Proper management of electronic patient documentation and completion of administrative tasks
- Structured and seamless patient handover to the subsequent treatment unit in compliance with applicable quality and safety standards
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH with several years of professional experience in the acute sector
- Further training as a certified expert in emergency care NDS HF is an advantage or willingness to complete this
- High professional and social competence as well as enthusiasm for continuous professional and personal development
- Independent, responsible and structured working style even in demanding situations
- Loyal, communicative and team-oriented personality with strong coordination and organisational skills
- High resilience, flexibility and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
