Administrative Assistant - Fixed-term contract until 30.04.2027 (100%)

Job responsibilities within the Reimbursements Caredesk:

• Manage the administrative part of the Reimbursements Caredesk department (incoming and outgoing mail)
• Support for the various teams (Data entry, Management, Corporate & Accounting).

Operational Management:

• Opening, sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
• Management of orders via the company reception
• Management of labels and shipments for insurers, service providers and clients
• Assistance and support to the Reimbursements Caredesk teams as needed
• Processing of various listings
• Filing and archiving of documents
• Various tasks requested by the hierarchical manager.

Your profile:

• Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent
• First experience in an administrative role, ideally with a significant part of data entry
• Good command of IT tools
• Willing and organised
• Team spirit and willingness to provide concrete support to various contacts
• Excellent command of French (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of LAMal is a real asset
• Team player, dynamic and proactive
