What is my role?

• You set up the machines and ensure production quality

• You independently carry out minor maintenance and repair work

• You check the production results and document the work processes

• You work in shifts and ensure a smooth production process

• You pitch in wherever support is needed

• You bring manual skills and technical understanding

• You work carefully, reliably and have an eye for detail

• You are flexible and willing to work in a shift system

• Experience in carton or paper production is an advantage but not essential
