Your tasks
- Standardisation and streamlining of development and planning processes for clear and comprehensible workflows.
- Development of suitable processes in different contexts: from legacy systems to new developments to medical devices.
- Ensuring that regulatory and normative requirements are sensibly integrated into our development processes and effectively implemented in daily work.
- Sharpening roles, responsibilities, and interfaces within software development as well as with adjacent areas.
- Establishment and tracking of relevant KPIs and building meaningful dashboards to create transparency about performance and quality.
- Organisation and coordination of collaboration with partners.
- Training and embedding of processes, roles, and working methods.
- Elaboration of concepts and structured decision bases for the department management, consistent follow-up of decided measures.
- Representation of the software development management in defined topics, projects, and committees.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a professional software development organisation, ideally in a regulated environment.
- Academic degree in business informatics, computer science, or management.
- Very good understanding of modern development, planning, and release processes.
- Experience with agile and ideally scaled approaches.
- Structured, precise, and reliable working style; you can translate complex requirements into clear workflows and concrete instructions.
- Calmness and overview in complex situations, consciously setting priorities and addressing topics systematically and consistently.
- Audience-appropriate and inclusive communication with executives, the product organisation, quality management, and other stakeholders.
- High degree of independence, implementation strength, and cooperative working style.
- Experience with engineering KPIs, RTE, or regulated software is an advantage.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, ideally English or French skills.
