Want to lead teams and make a difference on the ground?
At ISS, we are looking for a committed Cleaning Supervisor who is close to their teams. Thanks to your organisational and service skills, you help ensure quality services while developing the skills of your colleagues.

Your tasks:

• Supervision of cleaning activities on sites
• Administrative and operational management
• Management and coordination of daily tasks (cleaning team)
• Quality control
• Monitoring team working hours
• Order management
• Management & implementation of the specifications
• Attending managers' meetings
• Coordination between staff and ISS personnel service
• Training new colleagues
• Occasional assistance on site

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma in cleaning or several years of experience in the sector
• Good command of spoken and written French (minimum B2)
• Good IT skills
• Driving licence
• Sense of responsibility
• Helpful with a strong customer orientation
• Autonomous, flexible and with a well-developed team spirit
