On behalf of our partner, a reputable and rapidly growing company active in the Chablais region, we are looking for a motivated after-sales service technician installer willing to invest long-term with the ambition to take over the reins of the household appliance department in the medium term.

Your playground:

• Installation and connection: You ensure the delivery, careful installation, and commissioning of household appliances (kitchens, laundries, built-in and freestanding) at private and professional clients' premises.

• After-sales service & Troubleshooting: You diagnose technical malfunctions, carry out repairs, and guarantee effective on-site maintenance.

• Advice & Management: You professionally advise customers, prepare repair quotes, and manage orders for spare parts necessary for your interventions.

• Development & Management (medium term): You actively participate in structuring the service, optimising routes, and coordinating the team to gradually take over the overall and technical management of the department.

Your profile:

• Technical training: Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field (assembly electrician, electrical installer, electromechanic, polymechanic) or equivalent training.

• Proven experience: Successful experience in the installation and after-sales service of household appliances in Switzerland.

• Standards & Safety: Authorisation to connect according to OIBT (art. 15) is a strong asset (or a strong willingness to acquire it).

• Personality: You have initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, natural interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to commit to managing an activity.

• Mobility: Driving licence (cat. B) mandatory (company vehicle provided for interventions).
