For our ROCKEN partner, a large non-profit organisation in the health/social sector located in Bern, we are looking for a professionally convincing personality as a specialist in reporting & data management from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement. You will be responsible for performance and financial data collection as well as reporting for the entire association. In this role, you create transparency, develop decision-making bases for committees, and promote collaboration within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the collection, quality assurance, and continuous development of performance and financial data of the cantonal associations as well as the rescue organisations
You are responsible for the reporting of the association, including the creation and further development of reports, analyses, and decision-making bases for various committees
You manage the processes around financial aid as well as performance controlling
You are responsible for the risk management report, including communication with member organisations, completion of the report, and submission to the responsible committees
You maintain and build an effective network within the organisation and with external partners, ensure knowledge transfer, and introduce new financial officers of the member organisations
Qualifications:
You have a higher education in business administration, finance, controlling, business informatics, data management, or a comparable field as well as professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a complex association or non-profit environment
You demonstrate high IT and data affinity as well as pronounced analytical skills and present complex contexts understandably
You work independently, structured, and responsibly with a high quality standard
You think in networks and have strong communication and consulting skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
You have very good German or French skills (level C1/C2) as well as good knowledge of the other language in spoken and written form
