Head of Pension Services 100% (m / f)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Head of Pension Services on a permanent 100% contract based in the canton of Vaud. The Head will be responsible for leading the occupational pension service.

Our client is a reputable Swiss occupational pension foundation.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of the service;
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of all activities;
• Ensure quality of services;
• Primary contact point for the pension fund director;
• Governance and institutional relations;
• Supervise teams and establish a culture of continuous improvement;
• Coordinate pension services with other social benefits;
• Participate in the development of the pension institutions' strategy;
• Manage projects related to the activity, notably IT;
• Ensure coordination with external providers;
• Contribute to the development of communication to insured persons, notably via the new website;
• Reporting to Management;
• Participation in the daily office life.

Candidate Profile

• Training in pensions or insurance;
• Similar and significant experience in a managerial position in pensions and/or insurance in Switzerland;
• Good managerial skills;
• Comfortable with IT tools and change;
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
• Good command of German, both spoken and written, ideally;
• Knowledge of Portuguese, Italian, Spanish languages is an asset;
• Rigorous, charismatic, team spirit & organised;
• People-oriented and good communicator;
• Discretion and sense of confidentiality;
• Swiss residence mandatory.
