Senior Physician Position Internal Medicine (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Professional supervision of assistant physicians on wards and the emergency department in a team with specialist physicians.
Participation in outpatient internal medicine clinics for comprehensive patient care.
Promotion and active shaping of the training and development of assistant physicians.
Responsibility for weekend and night shifts in a rotating service with ten other senior medical staff.
Consultative collaboration with other clinics within the hospital to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Completed or near completion of FMH specialist training in internal medicine.
Enthusiasm for the diversity of internal medicine and direct patient contact.
Enjoyment in passing on knowledge and actively promoting the development of assistant physicians.
High social competence, teamwork skills, and resilience.
Willingness to regularly participate in weekend and night shifts.
