Your Area of Responsibility

• You lead a team of three specialists both professionally and personally, creating the conditions for competent and trustworthy collaboration
• Responsibility for timely and high-quality payroll processing including year-end tasks, withholding taxes and social security contributions, as well as compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• You provide competent advice to employees and managers on payroll and social security matters and represent LUKS towards authorities, social security institutions and auditors
• Active participation in cross-departmental projects as well as further development of payroll processes through digitalisation, automation and continuous optimisation

Your Experience

• You have further training in payroll, social security or human resources, several years of professional experience in a comparable role and very good knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems is an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience as well as the ability to support employees appreciatively, provide orientation and promote their professional and personal development
• You work analytically, structured and quality-conscious and identify potential for optimisation and digitalisation of processes
• Strong advisory and communication skills as well as the ability to convey complex matters clearly and collaborate successfully with different stakeholders
