- Administration and expansion of the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment
- Support of server, virtualisation, network, and security infrastructures
- Participation in IT and digitalisation projects as well as technical developments
- Planning and implementation of modern workplace and endpoint management solutions
- Support in the areas of IT security, monitoring, backup, and compliance
- Analysis and resolution of faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Automation, standardisation, and documentation of IT processes and systems
- Several years of experience in the operation and engineering of IT infrastructures
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
- Experience with Azure, cloud infrastructures, and modern workplace solutions is an advantage
- Knowledge of virtualisation, networking, and IT security
- Experience with PowerShell or comparable scripting languages is a plus
- Interest in cloud, infrastructure, security, and BCM topics
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- Operation, optimisation, and further development of the entire IT system landscape- Administration and expansion of the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment
- Support of server, virtualisation, network, and security infrastructures
- Participation in IT and digitalisation projects as well as technical developments
- Planning and implementation of modern workplace and endpoint management solutions
- Support in the areas of IT security, monitoring, backup, and compliance
- Analysis and resolution of faults in 2nd and 3rd level support

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology and ideally further training at HF or FH level- Several years of experience in the operation and engineering of IT infrastructures
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
- Experience with Azure, cloud infrastructures, and modern workplace solutions is an advantage
- Knowledge of virtualisation, networking, and IT security
- Experience with PowerShell or comparable scripting languages is a plus
