What is my role?

In this position, the continuous and holistic care of patients in outpatient primary care is central. This includes the responsibility for diagnostics, therapy, prevention, and coordination of further care. Close collaboration with MPAs, MPKs, and medical colleagues in the interprofessional team is also part of the role, as is the meaningful use of modern, software-supported treatment pathways and quality standards in everyday practice. Depending on interest, there is also the opportunity to participate in projects, further training, team leadership, or the development of the practice model.

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, we are looking for a medical professional with a recognised Swiss medical diploma or MEBEKO recognition, ideally with a specialist title in General Internal Medicine or as a General Practitioner. Authorisation to practise in the respective canton is required. You enjoy long-term patient relationships and modern primary care and convince with a team-oriented, responsible, and empathetic personality. Very good German language skills are required; other national languages are welcome.
