IT System Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You ensure the stable operation of our IT systems, applications and cloud services.
- In this role, you take responsibility for IT operations processes such as incident, problem and change management.
- As head of IT operations and infrastructure, you plan and manage IT projects and prepare transparent status reports.
- You are responsible for cybersecurity and data backup, ensuring a high level of protection for our data and systems.
- In this role, you continuously analyse and optimise IT processes and services.
- As head of IT operations and infrastructure, you coordinate and manage external IT service providers and partners.
Qualifications:
- You have completed vocational training in the IT field, ideally supplemented by further education.
- You are confident in handling IT infrastructures, applications and interfaces.
- You have experience in managing IT services as well as collaborating with external service providers.
- You have a good understanding of IT processes, ideally with knowledge of ITIL.
- You bring basic knowledge of common cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Microsoft 365.
- You are characterised by a strong service orientation, excellent communication skills and enjoyment of project work.
