Mandated by our client, a company active in the household appliance sector, we are looking for a
Installation Service Dispatcher FRA-ALL at 70-80%
Your mission
o Planning and organising the daily rounds of installation technicians
o Processing and planning of object orders
o Processing of return orders
o Handling orders with delayed delivery devices
o Management of devices in the SAP system
o Maintenance of the system in the SA and SAP systems
o Advising customers on products and services (warranty extension, device replacement)
o Handling customer complaints in support of the team leader
o Management of incoming and outgoing emails
Your profile
o You hold a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
o Native French speaker with good knowledge of German (minimum B1 level)
o You have excellent command of common IT tools, SAP is an advantage
o You are a proactive, quick-witted and rigorous person
o Autonomous, customer-oriented and possess a good team spirit
o You have good geographical knowledge of French-speaking Switzerland
